May 19, 2010, reading to 300 grades 4-7 students at Jarvis Elementary, Delta, BC. Biggest group I’ve ever spoken to…about 300! Lots of fun!
March 2010, reading to Ms. Chau’s grade 2 class, St. Augustine’s Elementary, Vancouver, BC. This was a treat…because Ms. Chau was THE BEST prepared teacher I’ve ever met! She shared with her wonderful students my picturebook and my website, and every student had an image of my book cover for their visual journals, and had prepared questions and thoughts ahead of time! What a joy it is, to visit a class so informed and READY!
